POLITEH-PRO

LLC STC POLITEH-PRO together with the Donbass State Technical University (DonSTU) has fully implemented two investment projects in the field of extraction of difficult-to-concentrate organic fraction from waste heaps of anthracite mines:
- an enrichment complex for the enrichment of the rock mass of the waste heap of mine No. 40 (Rovenki, Ukraine);
- modular enrichment complex for the enrichment of the rock mass of the waste heap of the "Partizanskaya" mine (Krasny Luch, Ukraine).

LLC STC POLITEH-PRO has fully implemented the investment project for the production of slag-Portland cement and the second stage of construction of the production of a wide range of building materials and mixtures (Kirovsk, Ukraine).

OOO STC POLITEH-PRO has developed a project for the foundry section of OOO Machine-Building Plant Kirovmash at the site of the former Kirovsky plant of products made of metal powders. The project was implemented with the supply of equipment manufactured by DonSTU.

LLC STC POLITEH-PRO has developed a project for the reconstruction of the molding shop of PJSC Stal with the installation of a block of arc furnaces. The project was implemented with the manufacture of equipment based on the design documentation of DonSTU.

The project was carried out by LLC STC "POLYTECH-PRO", was implemented with the supply of water purification filters manufactured by DonSTU.

LLC STC POLITEH-PRO together with DonSTU has developed a project of technology for superdeep enrichment of ash and slag storage tanks for thermal power plants (TPPs).

The experience of STC POLITEH-PRO LLC specialists in the implementation of concentration complexes instead of the construction of capital concentration plants allows substantiating their prospects in the market of engineering services in the CIS countries, including:
- the enrichment technology incorporated in the design of the enrichment complexes is relevant, economically promising and has minimal risks in relation to the expected result;
- the technology of beneficiation of beneficiation complexes makes it possible to promptly regulate the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the yield of beneficiation products, depending on the current market conditions.

The specialists of STC POLITEH-PRO LLC developed and implemented an investment technological project for the installation and operation of a limestone grinding line LLC "Dneprovsky plant of building materials", Dnipro, Ukraine

Specialists of STC POLITEH-PRO LLC developed the project "Concentration plant for dry concentration of B, D grades of the Maikubensky basin of the Shoptykol deposit, Republic of Kazakhstan" with a capacity of 1.2 million tons per year.

The specialists of STC POLITEH-PRO LLC developed the basic engineering of the Central Concentrating Plant in the Prokopyevsk District with a capacity of 700 t / h. Installation of drying and combustion equipment ", Russia

The specialists of STC POLITEH-PRO LLC have fully implemented the investment project of the coal briquetting site at the industrial site of the former Chuguev Fuel Equipment Plant (ChZTA) in Chuguev, Ukraine.
